We want people to be able to find a suitable toy, understand its features and get help with an order. If a part of this website prevents you from doing that, please tell us.
Using the store
- Keyboard: use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, Enter to open a link, and the relevant button keys to operate a control. The site includes a skip-to-content link and keyboard support for its main navigation.
- Reading: use your browser’s zoom and text settings. Page headings, product labels and written prices are intended to make the main information available without relying only on an image.
- Motion: enable reduced motion in your device or browser settings to reduce the theme’s animations. Where a product slider is shown, use its labelled navigation controls; an autoplay slider provides a pause control.
Our accessibility approach
Our accessibility work uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, with Level AA as a reference target. This statement is not a claim of certified or complete conformance across every page, product and third-party service.
We aim to maintain readable text, a logical heading order, meaningful control labels, visible keyboard focus and layouts that work on different screen sizes. Accessibility also depends on the product information and content added to the store.
Areas where you may need help
Some product photos, supplier demonstrations or social-media videos may contain information that is not fully described in text. External platforms and payment interfaces, where used, may behave differently from this site. If the information or a control is inaccessible, ask us for the product details in a format you can use or for another way to arrange an order.
Our shop is on the first floor of Platinum Plaza. We have not published a verified step-free-access description. Contact us before visiting if you need information about building access or assistance with collection.
Report a barrier or request assistance
Email support@remotecontroltoys.co.ke with the subject “Accessibility help”. You can include:
- The page link or product name.
- What you were trying to do and what prevented it.
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you wish to share it.
- The format or contact method that would help you.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or send medical documents. We will use the information to understand the issue and discuss a practical way to help. If a website step is preventing an order, let us know which product you need.
